Will is a Policy Consultant at Gemserv. He works closely with manufacturers, housing providers, trade associations, and utility companies across the energy efficiency and heating space. As an experienced project manager with a comprehensive understanding of policy development, he has designed and delivered a variety policy and public affairs strategies to meet clients’ commercial objectives, including the better representation of their product portfolio in policy. This includes consultancy support, research and stakeholder engagement to develop policies, such as the Great British Insulation Scheme (previously ECO+) and the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF).
