Mike Duggan is the Technical Manager for the Federation of Environmental Trade Associations. FETA consists of six principal Trade Associations: Association of Ductwork Contractors & Allied Services (ADCAS), British Flue and Chimney Manufacturers Association (BFCMA), British Refrigeration Association (BRA), Building Controls Industry Association (BCIA), Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Manufacturers Association (HEVAC) and Heat Pump Association (HPA).

After graduating from Swansea University with a 1st class degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mike worked for Metal Box plc for 6 years in a variety of roles before moving to refrigeration compressor company Copeland Europe for a further 6 years, involving collaborative projects with both the Berlin and US factories.  Since 1990 Mike has been responsible for co-ordinating the technical activities the 400 member companies become jointly involved in within FETA.
