I joined Exyte Hargreaves as a Graduate in 2020 and spent the next 2 years moving around the business in various different roles, most notably I became a coded. I became the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion lead for the business during this time, setting up various initiatives and creating a step change into creating a more equal work environment. I am currently an Assistant Project Manager for Exyte Hargreaves, currently based on the Co-Op Live Project and I am on my journey to becoming a Building Services Engineer.
