Paul Williams is a Past President of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering (CIPHE) and has been involved in the plumbing and heating industry for over 25 years, working upon both domestic and commercial installations. He is passionate about the need for apprenticeships, qualifications and professional standards and is recognised as an Engineering Technician and a Master Plumber. Around the day job, he remains a significant contributor to many industry working parties, ranging from Water Safety Groups to the Construction Industry Council Hackitt Review and is currently Chair of the CIPHE Installer Focus Group.
