Katrina is a Practice Manager within Energy System Catapult’s Markets, Policy, and Regulation team. She leads the Heat Policy and Local Energy practice, providing policy analysis on heat decarbonisation and local climate action in a whole systems view. Previously, Katrina has 10 years of consultancy experience of climate and air pollution policy and GHG emissions accounting for national and local governments, and analysis of wider impacts of net zero policies in the energy sector.
