Alan is the Head of M&E responsible for Axis’ M&E Responsive Repairs and Day to Day Repairs, M&E Design and Build Projects. He works across many major contracts at Axis whose clients include some of the UK's largest providers of social housing Works include:

• Repair, supply and maintenance of boilers (commercial and domestic) 
• Gas works 
• Renewables
• Installation EV charging points
• Lighting – installation 
• Compliance 
• Ventilation

Like many senior Axis people, Alan started as an apprentice at the age of 16. As a former apprentice , Alan is a champion supporter of Axis’ apprenticeship scheme – his young apprentices frequently successfully graduate from apprentice to improver and then installer.
