Ella Cooper is Technical Manager of two trade associations, the Industrial & Commercial Heating Equipment Association (ICOM) and the Manufacturers of Equipment for Heat Networks Association (MEHNA).

With over two decades of experience in the heating industry, Ella started out as an apprentice heating engineer focusing on heating installations. After obtaining a BEng (Hons) in Building Services and Sustainable Engineering, this allowed her to move into project management and technical support roles.

In her current position, Ella looks after members interests in commercial and industrial heating and heat networks, whilst representing and providing technical support and industry guidance daily.
