At my present company my duties have evolved over the past 30 year period, and these have consisted of the following:

• Design of numerous HVAC systems and production of detail design drawings including writing associated specification

• Production of estimates and tenders for both consultant designed projects and in-house design & build projects

• Management of all forms of HVAC projects including liaison with clients and co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers and Arnold James employed operatives

• Responsibility and carrying out all quantity surveying duties on contracts including monthly valuations, costing of variations and production of project final accounts

• Production of company policies relating to all aspects of HVAC including design and managing implementation of these

• Liaising and implementing company marketing / advertising including company web site design and content

• Management of accounts’ office and liaison with independent accounting relating to end of year trading accounts

• Overall responsibility and management of the companies Health & Safety
